Delivery/Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on the time of processing, the order will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days in the UAE. Delivery between 9 am - 9 pm. For outdoor items, we promise to deliver within the UAE within 1 to 5 working days. If you experience any delays with your delivery, you may contact our Customer Service team – email help@elctoys.com phone number 8005654 – by mentioning your order number.

What are your charges for delivery?

We offer free standard delivery for every order above 100 AED. Shipping charge for orders below 100 AED is 15 AED. Click & Collect orders are free of charge. For orders under 1,000 AED, add expert assembly for only 130 AED. For orders above 1000 AED, the assembly is Free.

How will my package get delivered?

elctoys.com partners with Aramex Couriers, Quickup, KOJMLS and Elite to deliver your ELC Toys parcel right to your door in the UAE.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, you can. Simply enter the Airwaybill number, provided in your shipping confirmation email, on the Aramex website, on the Elite Airborne Express- Courier Company and you will be updated with the shipment status. If your delivery partner is Quickup, you can track the status here. If you still have any questions, please contact the elctoys.com Customer Service department on this email help@elctoys.com, detailing your order number and shipping number and we will assist you further or by telephone at 8005654.

What are your delivery zones within the UAE?

We reach every corner of the UAE, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

I want to change my delivery address, what should I do?

Please contact the elctoys.com Customer Service department on this email help@elctoys.com, detailing your order number and shipping number and we will assist you further. Alternatively, you can reach us using our live chat function.

What is Click & Collect?

This service allows you to select items on our site from the comfort of your home, then select the store you wish to collect the items from and we will expertly prepare your parcel for collection in store.

What happens if I provide incorrect recipient details and someone else receives my parcel?

In cases that incorrect recipient details were provided, resulting in the incorrect delivery of parcels, we will not refund or replace the order. We are committed to assisting our customers in resolving such issues, we will provide all necessary proof and documentation to help. Customers are advised to double-check and ensure the accuracy of order details before placing an order. Please feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Payments & Returns

What if I want to return my item?

If your order wasn't suitable and you wish to return it, you may Contact Us and one of our Customer Service representatives will help you with the return process. For more details, please go through our Return/Refund Policy below.

What is your Refund/Return Policy?

We are proud to offer a convenient return and exchange policy. We will accept the exchange or return of a product provided that:

  • • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • • The item is returned within 14 days from the delivery date (or, in respect of a discounted product, the relevant sale period is shorter).
  • • The item is returned with its original receipt (bank statements will not be accepted).
  • • The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
  • • If the item was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, then the entire order needs to be returned.
  • • Please note that outdoor items post assembly or installation are ineligible for return.
  • • For prepaid purchases, you may return your purchased items by logging into your profile on our website. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support to help you with the return. The refund usually takes 10-14 working days after a thorough quality check and acceptance from the warehouse.
  • • If your order was a click-and-collect order, then you may easily visit any of our stores to return your item and have your paid amount refunded instantly in cash.

I'm having an issue with my recent parcel. What should I do?

If you are encountering an issue with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support working to resolve any issue our customers might have. You can write them on help@elctoys.com or dial 8005654 from your phone.

Is the delivery cost refunded when I return an item?

The elctoys.com team is happy to refund the delivery cost if a mistake had been made by the team, such as an incorrect item sent, or product was damaged, etc. Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded when an item is returned directly to one of the Early Learning Centre stores, or if the receiver no longer wants the item. In these instances, ELC Toys would be happy to refund the value of the item. Please see the conditions of return on the Return policy page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard & american express) and Apple Pay for a convenient and secure checkout experience.

Can I cancel orders placed at ELC?

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, follow the below-mentioned steps.

  • • Guest users- If you placed the order as a Guest, then please contact our Customer Service Team to request your return. I Will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
  • • Registered customers- Cancel your order under My account as long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team (You will see status – Processing if the order has been processed).If your order has already been processed, however, it is not shipped contact our Customer Service Team at 800 5654 in the UAE to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable steps to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section in the FAQs for further information.

How do I use a promotional code?

When you are ready to checkout on elctoys.com, enter the promotional code into the 'Promotional Code' box and proceed with your checkout. The offer will be applied to all applicable items in your basket at the time of entering the promotional code.

elctoys.com is the official Franchise Partner of the Early Learning Centre in the GCC, which has over 40 stores in 3 countries (UAE, Saudi Arabic & Qatar). Click on the Store Locator to find the nearest store.

I'm a Company/Nursery/School who wishes to place a bulk order of ELC Toys. What should I do?

You can click on the Contact Us page and fill in the form with the following details: Name of the company, Desired product(s) and Quantity, Delivery location, Delivery time. Also, for bulk orders we do provide the packing list and invoice.
